At VALUXE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: For products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
  • Other Reasons: For returns due to other reasons (e.g., if the item doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit), we will also cover the return shipping costs in full.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
